BIGBANG is 10th now
A year after the MADE concert, BIGBANG was back again for their MADE [V.I.P] Tour in Malaysia. Organized by IME Productions, the fan meeting was held on the 1st October 2016 at Stadium Merdeka, the same place they did their first full-length concert in Malaysia 4 years ago, Alive Tour 2012.
Unfortunately, T.O.P will not be joining the V.I.P Tour in Malaysia due to the difficulty in his schedule arrangement. This time instead of focusing on their performance, they are here to have fun, play games with MVIPs! Well, it’s a semi-Fan Meeting after all :D This is what we thought it would be until...
Sob..oh well.
Still, It’s safe to say that the BigBang fanbase in Malaysia, MVIP is pretty strong because with all the restriction we still get a full house. Also, a big shout out to MAGGI MALAYSIA for the tickets! We won a pair from their contest. Our seat for the day is at CAT 1. The distance with the stage seems decent. The only thing was the seat/chair was toooooo narrow for XL size people. *cough* We’re serious...
As usual, we went to the Stadium quite early, and everything we knew about Stadium Merdeka changed. There's still 2 entrance which is the Main entrance and V.I entrance. Due to the construction work in Stadium Negara, we may not walk as freely as we can to these entrances. The cheapest way to access is by walking "the long side" of the road, which will take about 15-30 mins? We collect our tickets at V.I entrance and share a cab with other VIPs to the main entrance. At the main entrances, we catch up with our VIP friends and met new ones, we had a few chat, took a bunch of photos, even got soak under the rain (again) and time passes so quickly that day, with a blink of an eye it's already 7:30pm.

// PART 1 - FAN MEETING STARTS
The sun went down and FM begun!! Yoon from MYFM a.k.a the MC of the day greeted us first, and then the boys came out very casually after that. No fancy entrance or what-so-ever. The members introduce themselves, team up and ready to start the game. It's Nyongtory (G-Dragon + SeungRi) vs Taeyang + Daesung (speaking of that, what kind of shipping name do they have??? DaeYang?)
They played 3 mini-games in total.
1. Move Ping Pong Ball
(using a straw, transfer the most ping pong ball from one bowl to another)
2. Rescue the Bottle
(yank the cloth below a water bottle, while keeping the bottle to stay put )
3. Cheek to Cheek
(guess the object only by feeling it with the cheek)
Points will accumulate on every round and the team with the highest point will crown as WINNER later that night. Each of the four BigBang's members will choose five
In the end, team DaeYang won the game. Congratulation!
They are giving away one gift box from each of the members, with their individual goodies packed inside including a signed Krunk bears, photos and stuff we don’t know hahaha.The five lucky fans were chosen on a lucky draw basis. Each of the BigBang members draws out ticket studs from another box and calls out the seating number for five super lucky fans, who save the world in their past life :') *notjealous*

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how much of a kisser TaeYang was that night. What a hottie.♥
Well, from the way we see it, the real purpose of the game was basically for us fangirls to drools, cheer and react on the members’ intimate side. Nothing to complain about.
Next, it was the TODAY BIGGEST FAN CONTEST. Sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves being so OVEREXCITED ON THIS. Two of our friends participated in this "cosplay" contest and it feels really good to cheer them all the way! The TOP 3 contestant will show on the big screen, and BIGBANG will vote for their favorites.
Our really good friend, Amelia was cosplaying as Daesung from Secret Garden parody and another friend of us, RyZenx was cosplaying GD from Crooked music video. Every one of them did really good, to be honest, they should be proud of themselves regardless. Still, we’re so ganjiong! And, at last, the results are in, Amelia won with an all-kill result. Everyone in the stadium LOL-ed when her face was on the big screen, all of the members picked number 3 as well. DOPE COSPLAY...CONGRATS!!!
She earns A PICTURE WITH BIG BANG, a signed poster, a ticket to MADE VIP tour in Singapore and few BIGBANG official goodies. Due to some Malaysia-boleh issues, Amelia needed to go to Singapore for her picture-taking session, but at least she's able to catch another round of the concert, tho the travel expenses are on her.
The members gave another speech before headed the backstage to get ready for the concert.The stage dimmed and Let's not falling in love MV was playing in the background.

// PART 2 - CONCERT TIME
The music stopped, Loser instantly played with the members singing on stage, everyone cheered in surprised and sings along happily. It quickly changes the mood to Bang Bang Bang. GD gave a small talk after that saying it's raining but it feels good to be back! (#throwback2012) He asked us whether we have fun and sing along the next song with them.
Their solos came next, starting with Seungri's Strong Baby, followed by DaeSung, TaeYang and G-Dragon. All of the members have a short clip on screen before performing, so we sorta know who came after. Daesung's one, damn his solo was the one we're expecting the most. Look at Me, Gwisoon! He didn’t sing often and never did in Malaysia so seeing it live was great!! Doing the Gwisoon dance is soooo much fun! hahaha
With another quick rest and a change of clothes from Seungri. They sang 3 more songs, one final talk and ended the night with FANTASTIC BABY . Go craaazzzzy and enjoy the most of the concert!!

They only sang a few songs but it got us jumping from the ground to on top of our chairs (WHICH IS DANGEROUS SHYT and do you know we supposed to be sitting down because we aren’t apparently rock zone)
Interacting with the fans is somewhat the joy of a fan meeting, right? We never thought Seungri's English improved sooooooooo much, most of them did but Seungri's one was like rocket boost. He is also learning Mandarin too, We know the Chinese MVIPs here are happy to listen 加油美少女 from him. Of course, they will never forget "Terima Kasih" "Aku cinta padamu" that naturally excite MVIPs. As an international fan who *cough* not fluent in korean *cough* It's nice to understand them without a translator :D
BIGBANG also hinted that their album is almost DONE! Hopefully, they are able to release it soon.
// OVERALL & THOUGHTS
The fan meeting was nice. It made us happy, sad, laughing and got us jumping! However, we felt like it wasn't enough, maybe the mini-game part is lacking a little? We’ve seen them interacted with each other and also heard them live but what we anticipated the most is to see them interact with MVIPs, now that’s super rare!! Sadly, it didn’t happen, and we would love to see more.
Welp, nothing we can do but to respect. At least BIGBANG tried to entertain the fans in another way and came to Malaysia!!! We're more than happy to see them again!!
Rumors they are making an MV now, let's wait for that!
