BIGBANG ART TOY by ERIC SO
BIGBANG (finally) had their (forever) comeback and a world tour starting this April in Seoul!
YG posted their "MADE" merch. days ago, it was just 5 lines in most of the item, pretty modern way of merchandising, sadly this time, I didn't buy any of it. But there's one... JUST ONE! that caught my eye, and it was the ArtToy that were introduced in this series!
Vomitz, who loves to collect figures and things artsy fartsy told me that Eric So's figure was very limited and rare, so he really wanted to get one of his collection too.He decides to get TAEYANG, because he thinks that among 5 of the figure TaeYang looks the BEST! As for me (with countless deeeeeeep thought), I'll go with TOP! I bought him because of... his date of birth! #whatareason :P heh..
A friend of mine, her shop link went to the MADE concert in Seoul and bought the figures for us and I'm happy to say! IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT US! (we were quite skeptical of the quality at first :P)

TaeYang haz so many accessories, it was so fun shooting him!
But! I WANNA TAKE BACK MY WORDS NOW!
After going through every inch of its details, i sorta agree with him when he said YB is the BEST of the 5. Is like, the more you see the more you will LOVE THIS BABY!!!
TaeYang has this unique look here, and he's all good like this. Besides, he does bring out that hip-hop feels and the selling point - his body. Yeah..... he may don't look much alike to the real YB, but sometimes the most different, plain and simplest thing was the hardest to achieve, take note kids, that's the beauty of a toy figure/ art.
The downside of the figure was, his head was too big and his feet were too small !!! It keeps falling! Of course, this could be fixed, try taping a small amount of tape underneath his shoe or make him lay against the wall for better support.
Overall, TaeYang was worth buying indeed!!

1st thing, please be extra extra careful when attached his microphone to his body. I have trouble attach that huge thing-a-majig and i'm not gonna remove it anymore HAHAHHAHA.
Unlike Taeyang, TOP was more direct, HE JUST LOOK GREAT at 1st or any sight and i bet he will be the one who sold out faster than the other.
Why?
His features.
His 3- Dimensional face was so on point and it catch everyone attention really well. On top of that, as a kia-su person like me, you may think, oh he haz this extra baby and big mic next to him and it's worth the money more. :P
But there's nothing much else to brag tbh, what you can see is what you will get. It doesn't give me as much excitement as Taeyang gives. Other than that, he stands quite well, and doesn't fall much as YB do. He is also worth buying as a collection ^^!
